All sales on Rinkoo Shopping Store are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product. Please check product details, size and price carefully before ordering.
When a refund is given
A refund is given only in these cases:
- Money was deducted from your account but your order was not created.
- Your order was not accepted or was cancelled by us.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
